Herc Rentals Recognized as a 2024 VETS Indexes 4-Star Employer 

Herc Rentals is honored to be selected as a VETS Indexes 4 Star Employer in the 2024 VETS Indexes Employer Awards. This award recognizes the company’s dedication to recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and supporting veterans and the military-connected community.

In a year where a record-breaking 344 organizations participated in the VETS Indexes Employer Awards, Herc Rentals stood out among 285 honorees across different levels, including 5 Star Employer, 4 Star Employer, 3 Star Employer, and Recognized Employer. These awards highlight organizations that exhibit a strong commitment to veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, and military spouses.

The VETS Indexes Employer Awards evaluate organizations based on a comprehensive survey covering approximately 300 metrics related to veteran-related policies and practices. Herc Rentals’ recognition as a 4 Star Employer reflects its ongoing dedication to hiring veterans and facilitating their long-term career growth by leveraging their diverse skill sets acquired through military service.
