Herc Rentals has earned Great Place to Work® Certification™ for its U.S. business, recognizing employers who create an outstanding and consistent employee experience.
Receiving this distinguished certification is based on direct feedback collected from current team members through a survey administered by Great Place to Work. Eighty-seven percent of the company’s team members who participated in the survey voted Herc Rentals a great place to work – 30 percentage points higher than the average U.S. company, according to benchmarking data.
